Su suspensión variable adaptativa (AVS) es la primera vez que el fabricante la ofrece en España

Toyota lanza al mercado su segundo modelo GR-SPORT en Europa, después del éxito del Yaris GR-SPORT en 2018.

El nuevo Corolla GR-SPORT ya está disponible en el mercado español, con carrocera de 5p y motorización híbrida eléctrica 2.0 de 184 CV (135 kW), presentando elementos diferenciadores, como una nueva parrilla frontal en acabado cromado oscuro, faldones inferiores en sus laterales de la carrocería y un difusor posterior, así como llantas de 18", luneta y cristales traseros oscurecidos y un color exterior exclusivo bi-tono Gris Ascari, estando también disponible dos bi-tonos en Blanco Perlado y Rojo Emoción.

En el interior cuenta con asientos deportivos con refuerzos laterales y tapicería mixta, un cuadro de instrumentos, volante y palanca de cambios con costuras en negro y rojo, además de su logo GR-SPORT en el portón trasero, molduras en los pasos de puertas y alfombrillas exclusivas.

Una de las grandes novedades, a nivel equipamiento, es que Corolla GR-SPORT podrá llevar opcionalmente por 1.200 euros, suspensión Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), que varía la respuesta y la dureza de los amortiguadores en función del estado de la carretera y las acciones del conductor. Actúa en solo 20 milésimas de segundo y es capaz de variar la posición de los amortiguadores en 650 posiciones diferentes. Su precio arranca desde los 26.300 euros.
